While not mindfulness-specific, CASEL provides SEL frameworks that often incorporate mindfulness as part of self-awareness and self-regulation development. Great resource for aligning mindfulness with broader educational goals. -

The Greater Good Science Center’s education portal featuring lessons, practices, and strategies to promote well-being and mindfulness in schools. Offers free, research-informed practices for students, staff, and administrators. -
The Calm Schools Initiative
A free program from the Calm app that gives educators access to Calm’s full library of mindfulness and meditation content for classroom use. Includes breathing exercises, brain breaks, and age-appropriate meditations.
